Destinations Covered : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Baltal - Amarnath - Gulmarg
Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar
After your arrival at Srinagar, our representatives will receive you and escort you to a houseboat. In the afternoon, you will be free for leisure and personal activities. The evening will start with a shikara ride on the magnificent Dal Lake and end with a lakeside view of the sunset. The overnight stay will be at the houseboat.
Day 02: Srinagar sightseeing
The first half of the day will be spent in roaming around the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including the Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. The lunch will be served at the houseboat. After having lunch, you will go for a shikara ride on the Dal. The night stay will be in the houseboat only.
Day 03: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Baltal
In the morning, you will drive down to Sonamarg. Throughout the drive, you will enjoy the picturesque scenery, stopping for some time at some of the beautiful spots. You will have lunch at Sonamarg and then proceed for a one-hour drive to Baltal. The overnight stay in tents will bring you closer to the nature.
Day 04: Baltal - Amarnath - Baltal
In the morning, you will leave for the holy cave of Amarnath to see the Ice Lingam. After having darshan, you will undertake a 4-hr descending walk towards Baltal. Again for the night, you will be staying in the tents.
Day 05: Baltal - Sonamrg - Srinagar
Breakfast in the morning will be followed by a drive to Srinagar. You will arrive by lunchtime. The afternoon will be free to spend at leisure. The overnight stay will be at the houseboat.
Day 06: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
The whole day will be spent at Gulmarg, one of the most delightful summer resorts in the valley. The main attractions of the resort are golf (in summers) and skiing (during winters). Gulmarg boasts of the highest golf course in the world. The natural grandeur and the snowy mountains of Gulmarg will leave you mesmerized. You can even take a Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. In the evening, you will return to Srinagar and then stay at the houseboat.
Day 07: Srinagar
You will be escorted to the Srinagar airport, from where you will catch a flight to your destination.
