Destinations Covered : Srinagar - Pahalgam - Chandanwari - Sheshnagh - Panchtarni - Amarnath - Baltal - Sonamarg
Day 01: Srinagar Arrival
After you arrive at the Srinagar airport, our representative will welcome you. You will be taken straight to a Deluxe Houseboat. Afternoon will be free to spend at your leisure. The overnight stay will be at the houseboat only.
Day 02: Srinagar Sightseeing
The day will start with a tour of the famous Mughal Gardens, stretching up to the whole first half. You will be visiting the beautiful Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. The lunch will be served at the houseboat. The afternoon will be reserved for a captivating Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake. For the night, you will be resting in the houseboat.
Day 03: Srinagar - Pahalgam
In the morning, you will start a half-day drive towards Pahalgam. On the way, you will be visiting Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Mattan Temple. The drive to Pahalgam, with a number of villages on the way, will bring you closer to the rural life of the valley. After arrival, you will get to enjoy the natural beauty and charm of the place. For the overnight stay, you will be checking into a hotel.
Day 04: Pahalgam - Chandanwari - Sheshnagh
In the morning, after having breakfast, you will proceed towards Chandanwani by car. After arrival, you will immediately start a trek to Sheshnagh, approximately a 12 km trek. Moving through the Pishoo Ghati pass at 13000 ft, you will reach Sheshnagh. For the night, you will be putting up tents at Sheshnagh.
Day 05: Sheshnagh - Panchtarni
Early morning you will start for a trek up to Mahagunas, the great Viper, at 14500 ft. Afterwards, you will trek down to Panchtarni, at the foot of Mount Bhairva. For the night, you will again be putting up tents.
Day 06: Panchtarni (3657 M) - Amarnath (3953 M) 6 Kms trek - Baltal 4 Hrs Trek
After having breakfast, you will start an upward trek towards the holy Amarnath Cave. Here, you will get the self formed Ice Lingam. After the darshan, you will start a descending trek towards Baltal, taking approximately 3/4 hr. The night will be spent in the tents.
Day 07: Baltal - Sonamarg - Srinagar
In the morning, you will start a 15 km drive to Sonamrg. At 2690 m, Sonamarg is said to be the most wonderful and scenic location in Kashmir. Thereafter, you will move towards Srinagar, reaching in approximately 3 hrs. The overnight stay will be at a houseboat.
Day 08: Srinagar
In the morning, you will be escorted to the Srinagar airport. From there, you will catch a flight to your destination.
